MARTIN SCOTT - Reserve Team Coach
MARTIN twice won promotion to the Premiership in a distinguished playing career with Sunderland and went on to take Hartlepool to a Division One play-off final at Cardiff in May 2005 during an eight-month stint as manager at Victoria Park.
After injury forced him to retire from playing, he became youth coach at Hartlepool and led the club to the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup in 2002, when they lost narrowly to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Scott holds the coveted UEFA Pro coaching licence and has also enjoyed a spell as assistant manager at Coca-Cola League Two side Bury.
He was promoted from U18s Coach to Reserve Team Coach in summer 2008.
